Included in this correspondance is a proposal dated September 5, 1900 to form the Fraser River Canneries Association and the benefits to canneries by the formation of this organization; several B.C. Packers Association letters in regards to shipments, and outstanding accounts; a B.C. Packers Association contract between Canners and fishermen and a document declaring an impoundment of a fishing boat and net by Department of Marine and Fisheries regarding a breach of fishing regulations by fisherman, [Tom Bantucevich?].
